The Origin of QuickDOC
James "Jay" Daly, developed QuickDoc in the late 80’s---mailing out Floppy Disks to his customers.
Jay conceived, wrote, implemented and maintained the medical library computer program QuickDoc,
a forward-thinking program, which gave medical libraries an early and efficient way to share information.
Jay refined, updated and operated the program until his death.
He enjoyed the relationships he developed over the years with Medical Librarians all over the world.
Even though we cannot replace him, we are looking forward to supporting your ILL needs through updates and collaboration.
Thank you,
Eowyn Daly-Griffin
